Committee Service Preference Form (CSP)
Options: choose a committee by title (drop-down menu) OR search by "list all names". The all names search gives you more flexibility: you can look by name, department, tile etc. The committee search will help you locate faculty that volunteer for specific committees.
NOTE: click on the individual's name to get to their form info. On the form page indicate if you will pursue this person. This is especially helpful when you have a current member that indicates interest in continuing (and reserves them for you IF COMS agrees for you to ask them).
